City towers at first light, one tower lit warm from within.

A new dawn for business software.

Use what you already have and never pay anyone to keep it.

The catalogue

Nothing is stopping us building software for every task. So we are.

Every application here exists for the same reason: a task every corporate runs that no software was ever built for. Governance Hub is live today. Disaster recovery testing is next, and contract management follows.

For any organisation that runs committees below its board: public sector, private sector or charity, regulated or not, of any size.

Available

Governance Hub

Committee governance

While the board gets dedicated software, every committee beneath it runs on documents and email. Governance Hub does for all of them what board software does for one: meetings, actions, referrals and reporting, however many committees you run. Nothing like it has been on offer before.

Disaster Recovery Testing

Operational resilience

Scenarios, schedules, test execution and evidence for disaster recovery testing. For teams who have to prove resilience to auditors and regulators, not just assert it. Next in the catalogue.

Contract Management

Contracts and renewals

Contracts, owners, key dates and renewals in one place, with the documents themselves in SharePoint. For teams tracking agreements in a spreadsheet today. Follows disaster recovery testing.

Yours to keep

Do you need to rent software any more?

Renting bundled two services: building the software and running it. Building is no longer scarce, and your tenant already does the running. All that is left of the subscription is the invoice.

We have written about this on the blog

Your data never leaves

The application runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, under your identity, your policies and your audit trail. Nothing is hosted on our side.

You own it

You buy it once and it is yours. It runs on the Microsoft platform you already license, any capacity comes straight from Microsoft at platform rates, and we add no subscription of our own on top. The licence never lapses, and there is no switch on our side to turn off.

Your IT team stays in control

Each application ships as a Microsoft solution package. Your IT team reviews what it contains and approves it before it goes anywhere near production. It runs under your security policies, and it uninstalls as cleanly as it installs.

Sign in with the accounts you already have

People sign in with their existing corporate account through Entra ID. Your MFA, Conditional Access and SSO policies all apply from day one.

No new agreements to negotiate

There is no third-party cloud, so there is no new data-processing agreement to crawl through legal. The agreement you already have with Microsoft covers the platform.

Governed by the systems you already run

Records live in Dataverse and documents live in SharePoint, so your backup, retention and compliance tooling applies automatically.

The idea, plainly

You already have the tools. We just put them to work.

Microsoft's ecosystem has many platforms. Most of them are paid for but never used.

Interface

Power Pages

The front end people actually use. Internal staff and external partners, different roles with different views, all tied to your directory.

Data model

Dataverse

Where the entities, relationships, and workflow states live. A real data model you can query, report on, and trust.

Documents

SharePoint

Files, policies, evidence, board packs. Documents live here by design: SharePoint storage costs a fraction of database capacity, and it is already in your tenant.

Logic

Azure Functions

The work that runs underneath. Notifications, escalations, and scheduled jobs. Proper code, tested and version controlled.

Identity

Entra ID

Sign-in with the accounts your people already have. Roles come from your directory, and when someone leaves, their access goes with them.

Integration

Microsoft Graph

The connective layer most people never see. One governed API through which an application reaches the calendars, mail, files and people it needs, under the permissions your tenant already enforces.
